I De-Stress by taking a long hot bath, enjoying a nice glass of wine or if it’s nighttime, it’s caffeine free tea and do a spa facial at home.

I de-stress by taking a long hot bath and catching up with my DVR. I also take that time to do a mask and spray the de stress me facial essence.

I sip on some green tea and do some yoga and meditation, which works remarkably well! 🙂

I tuck the girls to bed then I would relax with a cup of tea and a good book or watch anime.

With two sets of twins, a husband who travels a lot for work, a very busy career and a crazily busy household, it is very hard to find time to distress. I try to sit down with a cup of tea and a good book at least once a week after everyone is snuggled in bed or I will take the dog for a walk to get some exercise and fresh air. It is important to reenergize and restore but hard to find the time!

I de-stress by putting on some relaxing music and enjoying a glass of wine. If that doesn’t do the trick, I grab my iPod and go for a run down by the lake…that clears my mind!
